Adam
Adam
Large acrylic painting on canvas, measuring 60 x 60 inches
"Adam, the truncated figure - neither his head nor his outstretched arm beyond the bicep is depicted - appears in black and white, as if he were carved from marble."
Bob Weinberg
This second paint of Adam has the same composition but slightly differences and details. His body has more volume and the pop effects are more intense and creative. Cut outs and collage look were added as well a bar code stamped to show it might not be art but a consume good.
Detail
Dots, transparencies, contour, bar code are all consistent expressions of pop culture contrasting the classic figure.
The painting on the Wall
Its dimension is well seen when the painting it is exposed on the wall.
